BMI challenge
The office has decided to do a BMI challenge for the next 13 weeks! We started today. everyone is assigned a random number and in a spreadsheet you enter your Height and Weight and your waist measurement. My BMI is 25.01 which is technically overweight! I never would have guessed I was OVERWEIGHT!!!! I know I have a few pounds to lose but really overweight. No wonder they think the entire US is overweight. you have to be super thin to be considered "normal" I wear size 10 pant and a medium shirt and that makes me overweight. Yikes! The good thing to know is that I only have to lose 1 pound to be back to considered normal, but I think I want to lose closer to 10 - 15, just to be safe and to stay in the "normal" zone of the BMI calculator.

84 days
Ok How can I fail on my very 1st day of gettig in shape. So Sad. I didn't manage to get on my treadmill at all last night or this morning. I am gonig to have to do better than that. We have an event tonight so I know there wont be any treadmill tonight. Going to have to work extra hard on Saturday.
I did take some measurments last night so that I had something to measure my success from. The area that I am really concerned with is my stomach and hips so those are the numbers I am going to watch. I just hate that muffin top thing I got going on.
hip: 40
belly button: 37
waist: 35
I think I would like to take 5 inches off each measurement. I think that is doable, but that is going to be my long term goal. My goal by the time my plane takes of is 3 inches from each measurement.

85 days and counting
I figured on the calendar today that I have 85 days until I am lying on a beach in Hawaii. So I figured that I best be starting to get into shape if I plan on being seen in a swimsuit. So begins my journey to drop a few inches and hopefully a few pounds before I get on that Airplane in January.
I have been doing a little working out over the last few months, but nothing consistant or serious. Now it is time to get serious. Going to have to watch what I eat, and I have very little will power to stay out of the Halloween candy, but I am going to give it a good try. Also I am going to be more dedicated to getting on my treadmill and breaking a sweat. I think I have read it that you have to do 45 minutes of cardio to actually lose any weight. So that is my plan.... 45 - 60 minutes every day.

Priemier Party
For those of you would wanted to look at a catalog for my party on the 28th. It isn't the entire catalog it is the Christmas supplement. I will try to see if I can scan the actual catalog for you to look at, but they don't have an online catalog.
